how do you create Forever. only in the mind. why do we long for this fantasy reality of Forever. Romance movies. Superheroes. Inoculations. Vampires. Gods. Heaven. Humans are just obsessed with this place that we can never truly know.
Fact is, we are mortal. We end. We live a lifetime. Forever exists only in the mind.

Besides how a lot of people don't want to let go of reality and the tangible things and beings in life that mean most to them and how they mgiht be scared of the unknown and of what's next I think it's also because somewhere inside them, people know that forever does exist in some form or another...but not for us, not in the way they want it and they want what they can't have. they know the world and the universe will physically go on beyond their physical forms and they won't be there to witness it. Well that's how I see it anyway. maybe forever is trillions of years or maybe it's one moment. it's amazing what our brains are able to perceive and/or imagine. even more amazing is what we don't perceive, but we'll never know what that is.
